If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the title insurance, mortgage or real estate industry, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our clients and insure that all documents are processed accurately to finalize the closing file.
Responsibilities Review title commitments for closing requirements, and obtain support documentation for the satisfaction of requirements at closing.
Order Payoffs, Order Survey's, Order Lien Searches, Order HOA's Act as the primary point of contact for all interested parties on the transaction Manage new orders and post into software system Inform the staff of incoming calls and emails Provide information about our company as needed Respond to clients' needs in a timely and professional manner Great Customer Service is a MUST! Skills Exceptional customer service is a must.
