We are looking for individuals with the ability to interact with clients through accurately processing payments and performing clerical functions.
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class service experiences virtually or in person.
Ensure payments are accurately processed Reconcile cash transactions Input data into multiple system applications/software Perform other duties as assigned SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Type 35 wpm Computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Bilingual (preferred) MINIMUM
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Valid Florida Drivers License Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role Must be a U.
S.
citizen PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for long periods of time Talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs Monday - Friday 8:
00am - 5:
00pm Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
