About the Position of Customer Service Specialist As a Customer Service Specialist for Mavis, you will help team members at Mavis's retail locations use our state-of-the-art Point of Sale (POS) system to generate work orders and customer invoices, troubleshoot and resolve common user issues and provide answers to frequently asked questions about specific POS protocols.
By partnering with retail team members, The Customer Service Specialist will also support a best-in-class customer experience.
