Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred - Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members - Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Skills:
