The Marketing Strategy Associate on the Disney Institute team will support the development of priority marketing initiatives to deliver business goals, guiding communication planning rooted in consumer insights, sound creative judgment and go-to-market innovative programs.
This role will function in both the B2C and B2B spaces, providing continued trend supervising around the future of professional learning and development as passionate about the evolving work experience.

What You Will Do
Drive annual business results by supporting marketing programs that incorporate planning, critical thinking, analytics, and innovation
Support Disney Institute growth through strong communication planning and brand management.

Champion development of marketing plans by leading cross teams.

Prepare reports, presentations and strategic feedback.

Development of a variety of content from CRM to social media.

Take an active role in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement tool from planning to deployment and measurement.

Work closely with Disney Institute sales to support the variety of executive audience prospect nurturing.

Exhibit positive relationship skills that can effectively influence Marketing subject area teams in input, planning and creative decision-making to get results, cohesion and speed to market
Serve as the hub for website communications, partnering with the Digital team, to enhance content that will increase performance.

Leverage consumer insights, analyze and interpret data to recommend marketing and business opportunities.

Support tactical planning and implementation, in partnership with PR, media, digital and creative teams, to achieve seamless execution of marketing communication plans.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Critical thinking to succinctly frame up a verbal or written POV to influence leaders, partners and peers.

Capacity to project manage a high-volume, fast-paced portfolio of tactical programs balancing strategies, details and budgets.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong partnership and influencing skills to develop productive partnerships in and out of Marketing and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Experience to write and craft marketing tactics including email and social content.

Goal orientated and agile response to evolving business needs.

Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word)Preferred
Qualifications:

2
years of consumer marketing experience
Previous work experience in marketing strategy, professional development, business consultancy, B2B marketing strategy, advertising account manager, business/program manager.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
