We are looking to add an enthusiastic Probate Legal Assistant/Paralegal to our team, who will enhance client experiences and manage the administrative intake process.
The ideal candidate has superior communication skills, extraordinary attention to detail, is great on the phone, has a dedication to customer service, a passion for helping others, has prior administrative experience working a law firmand managing a multi-line phone system.
You must be extremely detail oriented and organized, be confident in engaging in consistent client communication, a team player willing to assist in other areas and complete additional tasks as needed, a problem solver who takes ownership of assigned tasks and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
You must also have proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and others.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparing Probate pleadings and documents for attorney review; Filing pleadings with the Florida e-Portal filing system; Managing timelines for Probate Proceedings; Coordinating hearings and preparing written correspondence Coordinating client appointments and managing attorney calendars, as needed; Maintaining consistent communications with clients; Entering client data into firm software programs; Preparing written correspondence to clients and third-parties; Additional duties as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
