The responsibilities of the Director of Rehab ( DOR ) include ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services are delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead the therapy team and relate positively and favorably to residents, residents' families, customer staff and to work cooperatively with other employees.

Qualifications:
Must possess a degree in therapy from an accredited school Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Speech-Language Pathologist Therapist, or Rehab Tech Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public #2024.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
