This regional medical center in Central Florida near Orlando is seeking a fellowship trained, board certified Emergency Medicine physician to serve as Residency Associate Program Director. The new Associate Director will be based at the Regional Medical Center to direct the administrative and educational operations of this residency

The Emergency Medicine Program Director must administer and maintain an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas by overseeing and ensuring the quality of didactic and clinical education of the residency program. Candidate will be responsible for completing and submitting the ACGME residency program application for emergency medicine, developing program policies and procedures and developing teaching faculty.
Qualifications of an ACGME Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director are:
o Must possess requisite specialty expertise and documented and administrative experience acceptable to the Review Committee
o Have current certification in the specialty by the American Board of Emergency Medicine
o Have current medical licensure
o Has at least three years' experience as a core faculty member in an ACGME-accredited emergency medicine program
o Maintain active clinical practice in emergency medicine
Our ideal candidate would be someone that meets the above and has:
o A minimum of three years' experience as a current Program Director or Associate Program Director.
o Produced works of scholarship as evidenced by peer reviewed publications of original research, review articles, textbook chapters as well as presentations at local, regional or national professional or scientific meetings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
