This position will support the Disney Group Sales Express Team.
Provide sales support for RPSS markets such as Disney?s Fairy Tale Weddings, Disney Youth Programs, Disney Meetings, Disney Institute, Disney Group Getaways, Group Tickets and several other partners. Process a high volume of incoming sales leads via various platforms including phone and email. Advance sales efforts by utilizing sales systems to provide resort and pricing information as applicable to each market. Act as Coordinator on Duty by supporting leadership with sales conversion and financial reporting, scheduling, labor and call monitoring and other responsibilities. Attend weekly meetings with market partners to network, influence, and obtain feedback for process improvements. Provide exceptional service and positive experiences to Internal/External Guests
by using The Four Keys Basics, Soft Skills training, and the Counselor Sales Approach.

Demonstrated strong time management skills

Demonstrated inbound and outbound sales solicitation experience

Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of Group Sales markets (such as Resort Sales, Wedding Sales, Youth Sales, Catered Events

Demonstrated computer system knowledge of Siebel, DREAMS, DSCS, Avail, Business Objects

Minimum of 2 years Disney experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
