Let's start with the communal areas in the house. Living room: Spacious living room space, with delicately decorated TV. Our family room provides a comfortable area to relax with over-sized seating. It will give you a nostalgic feeling because all the furniture in the house is mostly made of wood. The living room is large, modern, and stylish. It has a large, comfortable leather sofa, two swanky armchairs, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on! Kitchen and dining room: Enjoy cooking? If so, you won't be disappointed with this kitchen. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals for everyone. When it's time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats four, the dining table, which seats up to eight people, or outside around the patio dining table, which seats up to four people. If you're looking for a place that offers entertainment options, this place also won't disappoint. Cook up something tasty in the well-equipped galley kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar that allows for easy communication with the living room. Bedrooms: Bedrooms are all spread out in this home, so everyone can enjoy their own space. The first bedroom is bright and features a TV, ceiling fan, and a view of the neighborhood and front yard. The second bedroom features a ceiling fan, a neighborhood view, and bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower. Down the hall, the third King's size bedroom is decorated warmly and features a flat TV. The fourth Mickey-themed bedroom features two twin beds and a TV and the fifth bedroom with Tinker Bell-themed also features two twin beds will mesmerize little girls. Outside: For starters, if you want some outdoor entertainment, head through the glass patio doors at the back, and you'll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you'll find a large, refreshing pool to swim around in. The pool area is very private and backs on to a beautiful conservation area. Sit back at the pool and do some bird watching, or relax and take in the afternoon sun. The kids will love splashing around in the home's sparkling private pool after a long day of adventure. If you want something fun to do indoors, head to the games room in the garage. Here, you'll find a wooden tabletop bowling game and arcade retroplayer machine game and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall perfect for the kids watching cartoons. All resort amenities are included in the booking. We have a network of properties in resorts such as Windsor Hills, Windsor At Westside, Storey Lake, Terra Verde Resort, Solterra Resort, Solara Resort, Tuscan Hill, Chelsea Park at West Haven, Paradise Palms Resort, and more. After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night. We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend. Extra charge if you'd like to use: - Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge. You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the wetness more freezing in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won't turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable. - Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive. We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house. We have a security camera in front of the house.
