SeaWorld Orlando is a mere fifteen minutes from the house and Universal Studios is more along the lines of 20 minutes away. Pool heating is available for an extra charge and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**. Recommended for November through March. When the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater automatically shuts off and will automatically turn back on when the weather warms up to at least 65 degrees. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use.
